Each creation call attaches exactly 1 GNOT. Overpayment is refunded; unexpected coin types are rejected. The web app also sets a 2 GNOT storage-deposit ceiling on every call. This is not a flat fee: Pearl computes the actual state added, Adena displays the simulated charge, and the transaction fails if it would exceed the ceiling.
